Organization for Research & Learning (ORL) is a long-standing provider of in-home and school-based ABA therapy in the Seattle area. With decades of clinical experience, published research, and a deeply values-driven team, ORL needed a website that clearly reflected the quality, compassion, and credibility of their work—while also being accessible to families navigating autism services for the first time.
The goal was to create a website that felt reassuring and human, without losing the depth and rigor behind ORL’s clinical approach.

The goal of this project was to thoughtfully bring ORL’s 10-year-old website up to modern standards while keeping clarity and ease of use at the forefront. While the visual design was important, our primary focus was creating a website that feels simple, approachable, and easy to navigate for parents.
Choosing the right ABA therapist for a child is a deeply considered decision, so the website needed to build trust first. We ensured ORL’s credentials were clearly highlighted and that common questions were answered upfront, without overwhelming visitors.
Visually, we leaned into a soothing and calming palette: off-white paired with soft pink tones, complemented by ORL’s existing brand colors and clean, timeless typography. To further support usability, we maintained consistent page layouts across all internal pages, creating a sense of familiarity and making navigation feel intuitive from start to finish.
